Employee matching gift program provides an easy way to increase the impact of your donation through corporate matching gifts. Most companies match employee donations one-to-one, but some provide two-to-one and even three-to-one matching.
That means your generous gift to Leleka Foundation to support Ukraine could be doubled or even tripled by your company, providing even more help to field medics, saving lives and offering critical care when it's needed most.

1. Search the form for your employer's program.
Use our search tool above to quickly find out if your employer offers a matching gift program. Consider also searching for your spouse's (partner's or other immediate family member's employer). The tool covers US-headquartered companies.

Not based in the US? If you don’t live in the US or work for a US-based company, don’t worry - just reach out to your HR department to inquire about any matching gift programs your company may offer.

Can't find your company? We might not have all programs listed. But don’t give up just yet! Contact your HR team to check if your company offers matching gifts.
2. Complete the required forms.
Once you’ve identified your employer’s matching gift program, follow the links to learn all the details and log in to your company’s portal to fill out the necessary forms. Usually, companies require proof of your donation (like a receipt) and a form to request the match. Be sure to provide these—and any other required materials—promptly to your HR or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team.
3. Your company will send the matching gift donation to Leleka Foundation once they verify the details.
