Tactical medical backpacks, life-saving supplies and equipment
Each fully equipped medical backpack is a lifeline for a frontline medic, enabling them to provide lifesaving care to up to ten wounded individuals.
These backpacks are stocked with tourniquets, bandages, hemostatic dressings, occlusive seals, soft splints, trauma shears, burn treatments, and more. Even in its standard configuration, a backpack contains over 100 essential medical supplies and weighs approximately 22 lbs.
Depending on the medic’s expertise and mission demands, their backpack may also require specialized, high-value equipment, such as junctional tourniquets, pelvic splints, intraosseous catheters, active thermal blankets, Ambu bags, supraglottic airways, and other critical devices
Stretches
One of the most requested medical supplies from the front lines is stretchers in various forms. Depending on the evacuation stage, medics rely on three primary types: soft fabric stretchers for quick extractions, plastic drag stretchers for transporting casualties over rough terrain, and rigid metal-framed stretchers for stable, long-distance transport.
Stretchers play a critical role in ensuring the safe, rapid, and minimally traumatic evacuation of wounded personnel. They are designed not only to protect the injured but also to provide ease of use for the evacuation teams, allowing them to maneuver efficiently in high-stress and dangerous environments.

Jamming systems for CASEVACs
Jamming systems, when installed on CASEVACS, have become essential for ensuring the safe evacuation of casualties in modern combat.
