Tactical medical backpacks, life-saving supplies and equipment
Each fully equipped medical backpack is a lifeline for a frontline medic, enabling them to provide lifesaving care to up to ten wounded individuals.
These backpacks are stocked with tourniquets, bandages, hemostatic dressings, occlusive seals, soft splints, trauma shears, burn treatments, and more. Even in its standard configuration, a backpack contains over 100 essential medical supplies and weighs approximately 22 lbs.
Depending on the medic’s expertise and mission demands, their backpack may also require specialized, high-value equipment, such as junctional tourniquets, pelvic splints, intraosseous catheters, active thermal blankets, Ambu bags, supraglottic airways, and other critical devices

Stretches
One of the most requested medical supplies from the front lines is stretchers in various forms. Depending on the evacuation stage, medics rely on three primary types: soft fabric stretchers for quick extractions, plastic drag stretchers for transporting casualties over rough terrain, and rigid metal-framed stretchers for stable, long-distance transport.
Stretchers play a critical role in ensuring the safe, rapid, and minimally traumatic evacuation of wounded personnel. They are designed not only to protect the injured but also to provide ease of use for the evacuation teams, allowing them to maneuver efficiently in high-stress and dangerous environments.
Given the harsh conditions on the battlefield, stretchers must be durable, lightweight, and easy to deploy, making them an essential tool for every frontline medic.

Jamming systems for CASEVACs
Jamming systems, when installed on CASEVACS, have become essential for ensuring the safe evacuation of casualties in modern combat. These systems provide critical protection against threats, as medical evacuations, especially those with medics and wounded personnel, are often high-priority targets for adversaries who disregard the rules of warfare and international conventions.
The primary role of these systems is to safeguard scarce evacuation vehicles and their passengers from the increasing threat of FPV drones, which operate across various frequency ranges. These drones can be equipped with explosives and pose a significant danger to both personnel and transport.
By integrating jamming systems into medical transport, we are able to mitigate these risks, ensuring that medics and wounded soldiers can be evacuated safely and swiftly, even in the face of hostile forces using advanced technology. This protection is vital in maintaining the operational effectiveness of medical evacuations and ultimately saving lives.

Casualty evacuation vehicle (CASEVAC)
Reliable, all-terrain, four-wheel-drive vehicles are a lifeline for evacuating the wounded from frontline to stabilization points. These vehicles are in high demand among frontline medics, as rapid and safe evacuation is critical for saving lives.
Whether new (Leleka Foundation delivers also brand-new Toyota Land Cruisers specifically designed and equipped for evacuation duty) or high-quality used vehicles, each one undergoes rigorous preparation before deployment. Our team ensures they are painted, repaired, reinforced for protection, and custom-equipped with specialized stretchers, medical organizers, life-saving equipment, and other modifications based on the specific needs of frontline units.
In harsh battlefield conditions, every second counts—a well-prepared evacuation vehicle can mean the difference between life and death. By equipping medics with the right transport, we help ensure that the wounded receive urgent, professional care as quickly as possible.
